Robot mower error codes explained

What the error codes on Mammotion, Navimow, Husqvarna and ANTHBOT mowers mean — and what you can check yourself before contacting support.

Compiled from manufacturer manuals and support pages (sources under each system). Codes and meanings can change with firmware — the manufacturer’s app or your dealer has the final word.

Brand-by-brand error code tables are being compiled from official manuals and will appear here soon.

FAQ

What should I do first when my robot mower shows an error?

Note the code or message in the app, check the obvious causes — the mower stuck or lifted, blades blocked, wet or dirty sensors, the charging contacts and the RTK antenna or station — then restart the mower. Many errors clear after a restart. If it returns, contact the brand’s support or your dealer.

Why does my mower keep losing its position?

For RTK mowers the usual causes are a blocked sky view (trees, walls), a moved or disconnected reference antenna, or a weak network connection with network RTK. Vision and LiDAR mowers can be affected by dirty cameras or sensors.
